Our students have had the great opportunity to attend to one of the most outstanding cooking schools in the Region of Valencia, located in the maritime district of Castellón de la Plana, there they have developed a cooking programme where they have shared experiences and  learnt typical Spanish dishes.

The CDT  installations are perfect to discover that there is  something more about Spanish dishes than paella and sangria. Our students had the opportunity to cook hand to hand with the most prestigious chefs and also to improve their kitchen vocabulary.
Afterwards, they took the results of such experience and shared it with all the Spanish Institute team!
As part of the learning process we try that our students use the language acquired in class in real life situations. These workshops are held once a month and students really discover an important part of the Mediterranean culture: our food.

Dark chocolate coating
Nuts (as many as you like!)
Orange peel

Temper dark chocolate coating and mix with the nuts selected and the orange peel.
Form a little ball with a tablespoon.

Let it dry and enjoy it!
