Marcha cicloturista “Cuatro puertos Serra Tot Natura”
Superar el millar de participantes, es el reto que se han planteado este año los organizadores de la Marcha Cicloturista “4 puertos” entre los que se encuentra el Ayuntamiento de Serra como principal patrocinador de la prueba. La carrera tendrá lugar el 13 de junio.
El próximo 13 de junio de 2010, los amantes de la montaña y el cicloturismo, podrán disfrutar de un nuevo reto en la “Marcha Cicloturista 4 puertos-Serra tot natura”.
Según nos comunican los organizadores, esta carrera nace con una diferencia fundamental respecto al resto de las marchas cicloturistas de similar categoría, y consiste en que tendrá como meta el mítico puerto de la Frontera.
Esta novedad promete darle una emoción añadida, a la vez que pondrá a prueba la capacidad de superación de los ciclistas. El recorrido pasa nada menos que por cuatro puertos de montaña (l’Oronet, La Nevera, Eslida y La Frontera) uniendo en una espectacular ruta las sierras de la Calderona y Espadán.
Tendrá un total de 124 kms de longitud y discurre por los términos de nueve municipios, todos conocidos sobradamente en ámbitos deportivos y de montaña, a la vez que son también referentes en la conservación de la naturaleza por encontrarse inmersos en parques naturales (Serra, Segorbe, Gaibiel, Matet, Eslida, Chovar, Azuebar, Torres Torres y Estivella.
Como siempre , la organización dispondrá de servicios de asistencia mecánica y médica, así como una serie de avituallamientos sólidos y líquidos a lo largo de todo el trayecto.
A las 8,30 dará comienzo la salida desde la misma puerta del Ayuntamiento de Serra, patrocionador oficial de la Marcha. A todos los participantes se les obsequiará con un maillot exclusivo, además de un almuerzo, entrega de premios y muchos regalos más.

Las previsiones para esta marcha son superar el millar de participantes en este primer año de recorrido y consolidarse en los próximos años como una cita ineludible para los amantes del ciclismo.
