Alicante is a city that welcomes throughout the year to many foreign students and it more and more is chosen not only for holidays, but also to learn the language and learn about the Spanish culture and society. Alicante offers a lot to the visitor: a beautiful city by the Mediterranean Sea, with an interesting story and a wide range of culture all year, an exceptional climate, varied cuisine and very well connected to major cities in Spain, as well as to many European capitals.

Proyecto Español in Alicante is located right in the city centre and receives over a thousand students a year. The success of our system is the combination of an action-oriented teaching methodology with high experienced teachers, along with a program of extra curricular activities that cater to all tastes. Thus, our students in PROYECTO ESPAÑOL in Alicante have different options for their leisure time like visits to museums and the Castillo de Santa Barbara, water sports (windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, snorkeling), tapas and paella dinners, excursions to places of interest such as Elche, Valencia, Altea and Guadalest, dancing lessons (Latin, zumba, flamenco), student parties and night routes and the opportunity to learn Spanish to practice Spanish with our free language exchange service. For students aged 13 to 17 years old the School has a special programme, the Summer Camp.

In this programme everything is organized so that, from the moment the junior students arrive to Alicante, they are well behaved and enjoy the interesting and pleasant Spanish lessons and fun activities. For this purpose, it includes the transfers from airport to the host family place where they will live in and back.
Their accommodation is full board with Spanish families whose homes are less than 10 minutes walking distance from the school so they do not need to take any public transportation.
During the mornings they will have four hours classes in which teachers combine theory, practice, communication and interaction with classmates from the very beginning. In the evening a wide range of cultural and sportive activities together Spanish teenagers and specialized instructors will complete their days. The program also includes full-day excursions during the weekend and free time to spend with the host family.

An ideal way to meet Alicante, its people, its customs and the Spanish language during the summer holidays.
