Our favourite words
When we learn a language and are faced with it for the first time, we find ourselves hearing a succession of sounds that we don’t understand, but which present some harmony, even a musical quality. Something funny happens then: we start liking some words; they seem nice to us even though we don’t know what they mean. Then, when we learn what they mean, they become our favourites.
At that moment they don’t just have a meaning, but they also have an associated feeling, or a memory. And, for what we see, Spanish words are specially prone to generate positive or happy thoughts.
This is what happened to our students at Enforex Valencia. In order to show you their favourite words in our language they have put together this video. In it, we find many different terms and tastes… as well as a final surprise!
We won’t stop saying it: we are very proud of our students. With initiatives like these videos they show that not only they understand our language, but that they can also live it and have fun with it.
They are our best “ambassadors”, and so is shown in the Enforex schools’ Youtube channel, in which you can see our students’ videos showing that dominating a language is also making yours a new culture.
